Our Warranty

Dapper Improvement is committed to providing high-quality services, and we stand behind the workmanship of our team. Our warranty covers the following:

Workmanship Warranty:

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 1 year from the completion date. If any issues arise due to our work, we will promptly address and rectify them at no additional cost.

Materials Warranty:

Materials supplied by Dapper Improvement are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will facilitate any warranty claims on your behalf and ensure the replacement or repair of faulty materials, where applicable.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 30 days of project completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, or alterations made by parties other than Dapper Improvement.

Normal wear and tear, as well as damage resulting from acts of nature, are not included in this warranty.

Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us HERE. Provide details of the issue, along with supporting documentation or images if possible. We will promptly assess the situation and schedule a service appointment to address the warranty claim.

This warranty is in addition to any consumer rights provided by law. Dapper Improvement reserves the right to modify or update this warranty as needed.
